We are so grateful for our collaboration with R3 in remodeling our kitchen and dining area (floors, taking down load-bearing walls, completely reimagining the kitchen, tilework, plumbing, HVAC, electric- ALL of it)! It turned out better than we imagined with high quality and expeditious work. Reasons we will be calling them again include:
1. Outstanding communicators- daily contact so we knew what to expect in the way of start times and scope of daily work
2. Super talented, professional, impressive, kind and patient crew (we have young children and a large dog and they were flexible and focused even in the chaos)
3. They were within the proposed timeline and budget
4. We worked with Jennifer as our dedicated project manager and she was responsive and highly organized
5. Taylor, R3's in-house designer, was creative, accommodating and was able to bring our vision to life
6. They don't use random sub-contractors and have great relationships with the people they trusted to work in our home
7. They were on-site daily (unless otherwise communicated)
8. James was always willing to meet, talk, explain things and was never rushing or adding pressure

Needed all the plumbing to be updated throughout the house as well as the kitchen remodeled down to the studs as it had never been updated. James, Jennifer and Taylor (designer) were awesome! working with us, making suggestions and keeping us informed throughout the process. Managing the projects every step of the way. The crews were respectful of the property and polite. Would definitely work with them again.

We especially appreciated their help in making our design choices, their timely and proactive communication (they gave us regular updates on the project's progress), and their responsiveness to feedback (we asked them to touch up certain areas and they did so right away). We found R3 through the Better Business Bureau website, and we are SO HAPPY with all the work they have done for us. We liked it so much that we also hired them for our next 3 home remodel projects! The workers were always very careful and perfectionist, leaving every detail absolutely beautiful. When we didn't have solutions or ideas during the planning stage, they were able to provide guidance and give suggestions. Our cabinets are high quality, our counter is beautiful, and our flooring is durable and scratch-resistant. The company was always honest, responded promptly to all our messages, solved problems whenever they came up, and had very good communication with what was happening and when people would be on site. They remodeled our kitchen, replaced most of our flooring, added custom cabinets, replaced our garage door and opener, built new doors for the shed behind our house, and installed a composite deck. We highly recommend them for anyone needing contract work.

This was the fourth time that I have used R3 Contracting and they did an amazing job as usual. It was a pleasure to work with James and Jennifer. Jennifer kept me up-to-date at the end of each day and promptly responded to any questions or concerns I had. John, who did most of the carpentry, was on site early each morning and ready to work.
